Faculty Grants

The Faculty provides grants for the organization of conferences and printing costs for scientific publications. Conference travel costs are also subsidized as a special funding measure for mid-level academic staff members. Funding is awarded by a committee consisting of two professorial representatives and two representatives of the non-professorial academic staff from different institutes. All institutes are involved in an annually rotating procedure. The Vice Dean for Finance and Research Infrastructure and the Vice Dean for Non-Professorial Staff Affairs chair the committee.
