The implementation of the new campus management system results in a delay in the processing of your requests.
The implementation of the new campus management system is not yet complete and requires significant follow-up work. Therefore, the Examination Office is at this time only partly operational. Students may not be able to see an up-to-date version of their current performance data in the new system.
However, there is no need to worry: the performance and examination data have all been migrated to the new system. In the case that achievements and credit points are not visible, this is a temporary situation that is actively being worked on in the background.
Please refrain from (telephone) inquiries about the status of your request or the entry of grades in the system, as this may lead to further delays in processing.
The new system is still called BASIS and, like the old system, it can be accessed via https://basis.uni-bonn.de/ or via http://studienservice.uni-bonn.de respectively (the old system is now available via https://basisevv.uni-bonn.de/). UPDATE 03.09.2025:
The Examination Office’s telephone consultation hours are cancelled until and including 12 September 2025 due to account corrections in the new campus management system. You can still reach us via the contact form and, in urgent cases, during in-person consultation hours. Please refrain from repeated inquiries regarding the processing status of your ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
