Important note on the new campus management system (BASIS) [October 28, 2025]

Due to the follow-up work required for the transition to the new campus management system, there are still delays in processing your requests.

Students may currently not see their up-to-date academic records in the new system. However, please do not worry: all academic and examination data have been migrated into the new system. If certain grades or credit points are not visible, this is a temporary situation that is actively being resolved in the background. Please contact us with as detailed a description as possible if your academic record is not displayed correctly.

For this reason, the Transcripts of Records available via BASIS are currently provisional and will therefore not be stamped by the Examination Office. However, we can provide you with an interim transcript reflecting your academic status as of April 30, 2025, which will be accompanied by a cover letter listing any achievements recorded since then.

In order for us to issue a correct certificate of your current performance data, please send us a transcript generated by the old BASIS with the performance status as of April 30, 2025, and provide the following information:

• Which courses did you successfully participate in in the summer term 2025?

• Which examinations have you completed in the summer term 2025/ which examinations have been recorded since April 30, 2025?

The more precise your information, the better and faster we can assist you. The form will be automatically forwarded to the responsible staff members. For questions regarding course registration, please contact the subject-specific advisory service for your respective degree program at the institute.
