During the telephone consultation, you can clarify general inquiries (“How do I submit my thesis?", "When does the second examination period take place?", "How can I register for an exam?”). Our student assistants will answer your basic questions and, if necessary, refer you to the staff member responsible for your case.
Questions concerning your specific course of study or concrete urgent issues (“I need a stamped certificate for the BAföG office.”, “I am unable to register for an exam.”, “I would like to extend the submission deadline for my thesis.”) must be addressed directly to the responsible examination officer via the contact form or during in-person consultation hours.
